Oh they're beautiful!!
My PInchy is also a GCC. Would you agree that if you weren't careful, you could mistaken your GCC as a peice of rhubarb plant (when you look at them from above)?? Razz

A sunnie is the next on my wish list! I love them - they are gorgeous!! How is he as a pet ? Does he get along with Soda??

oh yes i think they do look a bit like that....Baby (my sun conure) is just that a big baby!! he goes to anyone but once he sees mom he flys to me and has been known to follow me down the hall...he would love to be friends with soda but soda doesn't care for other birds when he was younger before i got him his leg was broken by a caique (or at least i think that's who did it) so he really doesn't like other birds baby on the other hand does like other birds, I highly recomend the suns...but only if you can stand the call lol, it doesn't usually bother me, unless i have a headache..but thenhe doesn't usually screech to much if he screeches i need to check on food and water because he HATES dirty water lol but he bathes in it somuch i have to change it regularly during the day

My Pinchy is silly when it comes to that, he only drinks from his bath water and he only bathes in his drinking water Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

I've heard that sunnies can be quite noisy Surprised
You should hear red-rumps, thetyhave the nost beautigul voice, no squawking like other parrots, they sing like some native softbills or something - just gorgeous. I've been lucky so far, coz my red-rumps are pleasant to have singing and my GCC is quiet, he only calls out if he's looking for me.

Hi cutie pies Soda Pop & Baby :D :D
I think sun conures are SO beautiful, but I don't think I could handle that noise I've heard my step daughters make all the time Laughing
I think GCCs are adorable too, I've handled a couple at bird fairs - they seem so playful.
