jamaican yellow billed parrot is endemic to jamaica .... yellow bill is one out of 2 amazon parrots that are founded in jamaica the other one is the black billed amazon parrot.

YES JAMAICA HAS SOME VERY BEAUTIFUL BIRDS......BOAT THE YELLOW AND THE BLACK BILLED AMAZON PARROTS ARE PROTECTED OUT HERE....WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP THEM AS PET ... BUT THEY ARE FOUNDED IN A LOT OF JAMAICAN HOMES........ IN ALL WE HAVE A BOUT 4 SPECIES OF PARROT OUT HERE THE OTHER TWO ARE THE JAMAICAN CONURE AND THEIR ALSO A GREEN PARROTLETS FLYING AROUND IN THE WILD.
